Set on the skirt of Pendle, the Downham Camping Barn is a basic stone tent in a landscape alive with history. Perfect for a 1st or 101st camping experience where the great outdoors does not need the further complication of canvas. The perfect place to escape screens and stress of day to day living. The barn sleeps 12 comfortably on the first floor with a gathering area equipped with log burner, long table and benches and loo/washing area with belfast sink on the ground floor.
Outside there is a sitting area with fire pit and picnic seating. Limited parking adjacent to site, well behaved pets welcome but may not be let off leads, tether or left unattended on site at any time.
All bedding and cooking equipment need to be brought to site by guests. There is LED lighting but no electricity for device charging points or water heating facilities. 2 night stay policy.
