The decision in 2011 in Downham to conserve the Downham Banner by application for a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund for its conservation led to several working arrangements with other organisations. Some with similar objectives to our own , some with a much broader remit but, non the less, having an important interest in the history of our area.
